The 45 foot Naval Schooner John Paul Jones, built on the Classic Lines of the Great Age of Sail, carries upon her Fore Deck a Full Scale Bronze 4# Light Gun mounted upon a Naval Carriage. This Gun, known Lovingly by the Crew as Martha in honuor of Mrs. Thomas Jefferson, is considered to have been a gift to our Navy from His Majesty, George III, shortly after the outbreak of hostilities in 1775. Amidships the Jones carries a 1# Swivel
Gun for additional assistance during Offensive Operations. Her Sailing Agility, Shoal Draft, a wee bit over 4', and Experienced Crew make the John Paul Jones especially suited for a variety of Pursuits.

The John Paul Jones and/or Her Crew, Properly Attired for the Occasion, are available for Re-Enactments
[Ship-to-Ship; Ship-to-Shore], Living History Presentations/Demonstrations for the American War for
Independence & the American Civil War as well as Naval Gun Salutes for all Eras and Period Engagements of our Great Nation's History.
